A family brand created out of the red dirt and dust of the outback by owner and founder Jess Townsend, alongside her is daughter Lacey and together they are what has become known as the country brand for everyone, DUSTY CREEK.

What started as a fun way to expand on their love for capturing a dusty life, before the many country brands sprung from the ashes in the aftermath of Covid, Jess made her first few hundred trucker caps in 2019 and went from DUSTY CREEK PHOTOGRAPHY to the official DUSTY CREEK brand.

Starting out in 2012, with an eye for details and a natural composure Jess loves capturing a life in the dust, no matter what she always had a camera, on the sidelines, behind the mob, with baby strapped to her chest on a quad bike. 

As all passions and purposes burn within, before it was the hectic digital world we living now, Jess could see the beauty in images and that the story they tell, sells. 

Jess was born in Darwin in the early 80s, grew up in  abull catcher next to Dad, the top of an Airboat, rode in the back of Utes 'legally', never wore shoes, tailed cattle for days and slept in a bed roll under the stars. Never a day went by they weren't swimming in the crystal clear creeks, riding bareback and growing up in the ultimate, last free wild land, the NT.

Fast forward to now, after fine tuning her skills in photography at a self-taught pace, and establishing her skills in business, she uses her keen eye for details and natural organic marketing techniques to continue creating more awesome products for you all.

Jess started out with a dream to promote a dusty life, and to raise her daughter closest to the way she was raised, bare feet in the red dust, horse under saddle, horizon ahead, Lacey by her side.
